Adria has worked for Sodexho Dining Services for eight years. Prior to becoming General Manager here at Western Connecticut State University, she was Director of Operations at University of New Haven and Retail Manager at S.U.N.Y. New Paltz. Adria is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and, before joining the Sodexho Team, worked as a Chef in Seattle and New York.
