Carol is an eight year veteran of Sodexo and comes to Western Connecticut from Children’s Hospital Boston where she was the Catering Manager for six years. A graduate of Newbury College’s Culinary Arts program, Carol also managed a kosher café at a senior living facility for many years. She lives in Waterbury with her partner and their dog, Chance.
