Robert Sorrentino- A graduate of Johnson and Wales University with an A.O.S in Culinary Arts and a B.S. in Food Service Management started his 23 year career in Italian and Seafood restaurant mainly in Manhattan and New Jersey, which he is originally from. He then made the move into the hotel field. Which is what brought him to Connecticut six years ago, as the Executive Chef of the Courtyard by Marriott in Waterbury. He then moved on to be the Executive Chef of The Hartford Farmington Marriott. Finally ending up here at WCSU, where he plans to continue his love of cooking for you and yours. His loves besides cooking are motorcycles and Hot Rods. So you just might see him riding around on his time off. If you do, say hi. |
