Victor has been with Sodexho Dining Services since January 1999.At Western, he was Retail Manager before becoming Catering Director. He is a graduate of CCSU with a Bachelor of Science in Teaching and Business Administration. Before working at Western, he owned his own restaurant/ bar for 7 years.

Victor has two daughters and a beautiful grandson. He enjoys playing golf and his favorite sports to watch are football and baseball. Another hobby of Victor’s is gardening as well as going to the movies. He has lived in Brookfield Connecticut for the past ten years.
