Jody joined the WCSU team in December, 2009, and has been with Sodexo for four years. Jody has over 20 years of foodservice experience, with a specialization in Catering Services and Management.
Jody graduated from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio, with a BS in Foodservice Management. Prior to moving to Connecticut in 2006, Jody lived in Charlotte, NC, where she planned/managed events for corporations including Bank of America, Wachovia, Hendrick Motorsports, and the Carolina Panthers for eight years.
Jody and her husband Chase enjoy attending sporting events, travelling, and watching college/pro football. They live in Farmington, CT. |

Jennifer has been with Sodexo team at WCSU since 2008. She has a culinary degree from Western Culinary Institute in Oregon and a BA from the University of Connecticut. Prior to working with Sodexo Jennifer managed a Deli and catering business on the shoreline. Jennifer enjoys traveling and reading. |

Victor has been with Sodexho Dining Services since January 1999.At Western, he was Retail Manager before becoming Catering Director. He is a graduate of CCSU with a Bachelor of Science in Teaching and Business Administration. Before working at Western, he owned his own restaurant/ bar for 7 years.
Victor has two daughters and a beautiful grandson. He enjoys playing golf and his favorite sports to watch are football and baseball. Another hobby of Victor’s is gardening as well as going to the movies. He has lived in Brookfield Connecticut for the past ten years. |

Darnell has worked in the floral industry for 25 years as a designer and a store manager. He specialized in weddings and events. He grew up in Bridgewater, Ct. He has also lived in NYC and Phoenix, Arizona. He attended Shepaug Valley High in Washington, Connecticut. Darnell has joined the West Wind Catering team by Sodexo in March 2011. He now holds the position as our events coordinator. |

A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, she brings her education and experience in corporate and private event planning to compliment our Catering Department here on Campus.
